Own performance testing strategy, execution, and optimization for complex systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive performance test strategy, scope, and approach.
• Conduct load modeling, capacity planning, and workload distribution analysis.
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide tuning recommendations.
• Review application, server, and database logs to support root cause analysis.
• Design and implement automation frameworks for API and UI testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience developing test scripts using Java.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with Rest Assured.
• Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD Pipelines.
