Description

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert focusing on performance engineering and automation across web, API, and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive performance test strategies, including approach, environment, scope, risks, and resource requirements.
• Gather performance engineering requirements and manage stakeholder discussions and walkthroughs.
• Execute performance testing for web, API, and mobile platforms.
• Conduct automation testing using Java and Selenium.
• Monitor application performance using APM and logging tools.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Proficiency in automation testing using Java and Selenium.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, or DataDog.
• Strong knowledge of APM tools.
• Experience working within the Banking and Finance domain.
• Proven problem-solving and project management skills.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Any Graduate degree.
