Description

Lead performance testing activities for vehicle systems, driving issue resolution and validating test plans.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track vehicle validation, creating DVP&R test reports.
• Develop NVH Functional Objective targets and align testing requirements with exterior styling studios.
• Manage supplier interactions and lead issue resolution with clear status communications.
• Validate test plans with support from engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in vehicle-level testing.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience leading and managing suppliers.
• Familiarity with TeamCenter, NX, and VisProfessional viewer.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and high proficiency in English.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
