Description

You will lead performance testing efforts for web and API applications in an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and implement performance test scripts from scratch.
• Set up and maintain performance testing environments and execution processes.
• Track performance metrics and manage daily task execution independently.
• Estimate effort, manage tasks, and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers and lead team efforts to deliver testing solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in performance testing.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with JMeter.
• Proven experience testing both web and API layers.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage tasks, effort estimation, and team coordination.
• Strong business communication skills for customer interaction.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Grafana.
