Description

You will own performance testing, monitoring, and automation for cloud-native workloads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
• Create performance test strategies, plans, and workload models.
• Configure and manage Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics for end-to-end monitoring.
• Analyze system behavior under different loads, identify bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports and tuning recommendations.
• Build automation frameworks for test execution, analysis, and reporting using Python, PowerShell, or Java.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Performance Engineering.
• Expert-level knowledge of Dynatrace, including PurePath and Smartscape for root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in at least two performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Scripting skills in Python, Shell, or Java.
• Experience with REST, web, microservices, and cloud-native workloads.
• Ability to integrate test automation with DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Dynatrace, JMeter, or Cloud platforms.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
