Description

You will build and run performance test scenarios, analyze results, and correlate metrics to identify and resolve application bottlenecks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and run performance test scenarios using LoadRunner, covering Web-HTTP and Webservice protocols.
• Develop and enhance LoadRunner Vuser scripts, including customized Java and C code to optimize Vugen scripts.
• Use APM and observability tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and New Relic to monitor application performance and correlate metrics with test outcomes.
• Analyze test results to identify performance issues, coordinate with development teams for issue triaging, and support bug fixes.
• Monitor production performance statistics and apply the same models in test environments with higher load to uncover issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant performance testing experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with LoadRunner, specifically Web-HTTP and Webservice protocols.
• Strong experience with Java Vuser scripting in LoadRunner.
• Experience using APM/observability tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and New Relic for performance monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to analyze performance results and support debugging and triage with development teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JMeter, Splunk, Kibana, and Grafana.
