Description

You will own the performance testing lifecycle for web, API, and microservices applications, ensuring system reliability under load.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Write Python automation scripts for test data generation, performance validation, and log analysis.
• Execute load, stress, spike, and endurance tests across distributed cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Analyze system metrics and identify bottlenecks using APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
• Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for tuning and capacity planning.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in performance testing for web, API, and microservices.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, test automation, and log parsing.
• Deep understanding of performance methodologies: load, stress, endurance, soak, and spike testing.
• Experience executing distributed load tests in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or Grafana.
• Ability to analyze response time, throughput, CPU, memory, I/O, and network usage.
