Description

You own the performance testing lifecycle from requirement gathering through to final reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance test plans and scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, and NeoLoad.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify performance bottlenecks across application tiers.
• Analyze and resolve critical application issues, including memory leaks and hung threads.
• Integrate performance testing into the development pipeline using CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the performance testing lifecycle.
• Hands-on expertise in scripting and execution using LoadRunner, JMeter, and NeoLoad.
• Proficiency in identifying performance bottlenecks across all application layers.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong scripting abilities.
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics).
• Experience operating within Agile environments.
