Description

Lead performance engineering efforts to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance test strategies, designs, and workload models based on non-functional requirements.
• Execute bottleneck analysis across infrastructure, application, and system levels.
• Provide specific performance tuning recommendations to improve application stability.
• Recommend testing methodologies and strategic directions for performance improvement.
• Manage client relationships through direct customer-facing engagement.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, VSTS, or SOASTA.
• Expertise in profiling and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Tivoli, or SiteScope.
• Experience using analytic tools like Omniture or Google Analytics.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
