Description

You will lead performance testing activities for large, complex systems to ensure stability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts for UI and API workloads using Apache JMeter.
• Lead workload modelling and test execution across distributed environments.
• Conduct detailed performance analysis to identify bottlenecks in applications, infrastructure, and databases.
• Use Dynatrace for end-to-end monitoring, diagnostics, and real-time insights during load tests.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and network teams to resolve identified performance issues.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
• 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Apache JMeter.
• Expertise in performance analysis and monitoring using Dynatrace.
• Experience managing test execution in distributed environments.
• Proficiency in API performance testing.
• Understanding of test data management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to automate performance tests.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or exposure to chaos engineering and resilience testing practices.
