Description

You will own performance testing activities across the system lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts simulating real-world usage scenarios.
• Analyze system behavior under load to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Use monitoring and APM tools to collect and analyze performance metrics during tests.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver actionable insights for performance improvements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed performance test reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing concepts and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Ability to design load, stress, endurance, and scalability test scripts.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and identifying application/infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Working knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar APM tools.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and performance tuning concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
