Description

Own the performance testing lifecycle, executing load, soak, and stress tests to identify bottlenecks and drive optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive performance testing scenarios using Neoload and JMeter.
• Develop and maintain scripting solutions for Web, API, and Database layers.
• Monitor system performance using Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, and other APM tools.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and Maven.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Hands-on proficiency with Neoload and JMeter.
• Experience with Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, and APM tools.
• Proficiency in scripting for Web, API, and DB layers.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, and Eclipse/IntelliJ.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with source code management beyond the listed tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup environment.
