Description

Lead performance testing efforts using JMeter to ensure system stability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, script, and execute load, stress, and scalability tests to deliver comprehensive reports.
• Profile client and server calls and lead collaboration for environment setup and data management.
• Analyse system changes to assess performance impact and determine required testing levels.
• Collect and analyse test results to identify performance characteristics and trends for the wider team.
• Participate in root cause analysis and drive test operations towards a CI pipeline model.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience in performance testing.
• Deep expertise with JMeter for load testing and scripting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams independently.
• Strong skills in data management for testing environments.
• Experience profiling client and server calls.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on complex systems.
• Any Graduate degree.
