Description

Lead performance and automation testing efforts to ensure system stability and efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance and automation test teams through complex testing lifecycles.
• Design and develop custom test automation frameworks using established design patterns.
• Implement cross-browser test automation and parallel execution across multiple browsers and devices.
• Troubleshoot system bottlenecks using APM tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Execute performance tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Silk Performer, Appium, or VSTS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance or automation testing.
• Proficiency in Core Java, .NET, or JavaScript.
• Strong ability to write and execute SQL queries.
• Experience with Web Services including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and HTTP.
• Hands-on experience with APM tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Expertise in Test Automation Framework design and development.
• Experience managing automation and performance testing teams.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
