Description

You will lead performance testing initiatives, mentoring junior team members and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize application performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive performance test plans.
• Execute load, stress, and endurance testing for applications.
• Conduct monthly performance runs and monitor application metrics.
• Collaborate with customers to discuss performance data and suggest improvements.
• Mentor junior team members on testing best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance testing.
• Hands-on expertise with JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, endurance).
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and recommending optimizations.
• Background in Ecommerce or web application performance.
• Proven ability to lead testing teams and mentor engineers.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing performance testing for high-traffic web applications.
