Description

You will lead performance testing strategy and execution for API and GUI layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute benchmark, load, and stress tests to validate non-functional requirements.
• Analyze system metrics including CPU, memory, heap, and network usage to identify bottlenecks.
• Interpret logs from Appdynamics or similar APM tools and relay findings to development teams.
• Determine root causes of performance issues and define corrective actions.
• Manage performance testing environments and oversee test report preparation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Expertise in JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, test strategy, and data preparation.
• Experience with HP performance testing tools.
• Ability to analyze system reliability, scalability, and capacity from test results.
• Strong scripting and execution capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other APM tools beyond Appdynamics.
