Description

Lead performance testing strategies across applications and the consumer technology ecosystem. You will own the release pipeline quality by identifying issues early through collaboration with architects and developers.

Responsibilities

• Design performance test strategies aligned with software delivery schedules.
• Automate performance testing within the CI/CD pipeline and implement industry best practices.
• Review infrastructure and application responsiveness to ensure comprehensive evaluation.
• Define root-cause analysis processes and drive complex performance strategies within Agile delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or SQL.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components and application architecture.
• Experience working within the Agile lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong project management, metrics creation, and data visualization skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
