Description

You plan, design, execute, and analyze performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for enterprise applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Validate system performance against defined SLAs and non-functional requirements.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations for performance tuning.
• Prepare test plans, scripts, reports, and dashboards.
• Embed performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in performance testing with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Hands-on experience in performance test planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of application architecture, performance metrics, and bottleneck analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing cloud-based and distributed applications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD integration and performance testing.
• Knowledge of monitoring and profiling tools (APM, logs, system metrics, database performance).
