Description

You will own performance testing activities across the application lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance requirements and objectives.
• Design and develop performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Model workloads to simulate production-like user behavior and load scenarios.
• Execute performance tests and monitor system behavior under load.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and generate detailed reports with actionable recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter (mandatory) and LoadRunner.
• Experience using APM tools such as DataDog, AppInsights, and Grafana.
• Familiarity with cloud and container technologies like Azure and Kubernetes.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD Pipelines.
• Strong ability to analyze test results and communicate technical insights.
