Description

You will own performance testing activities across the software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance requirements and objectives.
• Design and develop performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Design workload models to simulate production-like user behavior and load scenarios.
• Execute performance tests and analyze system behavior under load.
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and generate detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
• Expert proficiency with JMeter and Blazemeter.
• Experience designing and running tests using LoadRunner or StormRunner.
• Familiarity with APM tools such as Datadog, AppInsights, and Grafana.
• Experience with cloud and container technologies, specifically Azure and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and provide technical recommendations.
