Description

Lead end-to-end performance testing for cloud applications, owning the process from framework preparation to execution and reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance test scripts and execute testing within Jenkins pipelines to measure E2E and API-level performance.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, suggest tuning, and perform root cause analysis to support optimization.
• Automate test data creation and upload processes.
• Build performance dashboards and reporting tools for internal and customer stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software performance testing for cloud applications.
• Proficiency with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Strong knowledge of Java and SQL.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, and Hyperscale.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and the Azure cloud portal.
• Understanding of REST APIs, Linux operating systems, and DevOps/CI/CD concepts.
• Experience using Grafana and Dynatrace for monitoring and analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing AI-driven performance analysis tools.
