Performance Tuner

You will ensure the performance of client applications through proactive monitoring, configuration management, and technical design input.

Responsibilities

• Analyze application performance in production to identify and resolve issues or anticipate future bottlenecks.
• Recommend and implement Oracle environment configuration changes, including database upgrades and architectural improvements.
• Participate in functional design, technical design, and code review sessions to provide performance-focused input.
• Enforce coding standards for application instrumentation to ensure effective performance monitoring.
• Support production environments via a 24x7 on-call rotation to resolve performance-related incidents.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in large-scale systems development or maintenance within complex technical environments.
• 3+ years of experience applying Oracle tuning methodologies.
• 3+ years of technical experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle 11g/12c Database.
• 3+ years of experience in data modeling.
• 3+ years of experience working within a structured development methodology.
• Proven ability to work with minimal guidance and direct efforts across multiple project teams.

• Any Graduate degree.
