Description

You will own performance testing, system monitoring, and observability within the alerting domain. You design synthetic tests, implement monitoring strategies, and ensure system stability through rigorous testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop synthetic tests using Datadog or similar tools.
• Implement monitoring and observability strategies to track system health.
• Execute performance testing methodologies to ensure system stability.
• Manage synthetic testing principles and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience with Datadog Synthetic tests.
• Proficiency with Datadog APM and RUM features.
• Deep understanding of the Alert, Monitoring, and Observability domains.
• Practical knowledge of performance testing methodologies.
• Experience with Test Automation.
• Competency in system monitoring and condition monitoring.
• Background in system administration.

Preferred Skills

• Software testing expertise.
