Description

You will design, maintain, and upgrade OFCC Perl applications. You own the architecture of Perl environments and execute system upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Perl-based applications.
• Architect and manage Perl environments for stability and scalability.
• Execute application upgrades and perform system maintenance.
• Manage reporting workflows and data integrity.
• Integrate APIs and web services into existing systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert-level proficiency in all versions of the Perl programming language.
• Deep experience in Perl environment architecture.
• Advanced Perl development skills.
• Proficiency with MySQL.
• Experience working in RedHat Linux environments.
• Strong background in reporting and data management.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with government information technology systems.
• Subject matter expertise in Construction Management or school facilities programs.
