You will develop and maintain applications using Perl modules and code that meet performance and efficiency requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Perl modules and code.
  • Evaluate client needs and analyze requirements to develop software systems.
  • Contribute to team efforts by completing projects on time with minimal defects.
  • Take ownership of processes/applications post-development, including daily monitoring for ongoing success.
  • Define and propose solutions to meet project requirements.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Perl Programming & Scripting.
  • Experience with Shell Scripting and Scripting Languages & Automation.
  • Familiarity with SDLC Best Practices (TDD, CI/CD, Code Reviews).
  • Awareness of Performance, Security & Scalability.
  • Ability in Requirement Analysis & Solution Design.
  • Experience with Application Ownership & Monitoring.
  • Knowledge of Perl, Javascript, Ms Sql, and Python.
