Description

You will develop, test, and debug code for engineering projects in a financial services environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain code from scratch using Perl, Shell, and JavaScript.
• Perform testing and debugging to ensure project stability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical support for engineering teams.
• Integrate code into CI/CD pipelines using Git.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of programming experience.
• Proficiency in Perl.
• Experience with Shell or Korn Shell scripting.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with distributed storage systems such as DB2, Sybase, Sybase IQ, or MongoDB.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
