Description

You will develop and maintain Perl-based code to meet business and technical requirements, owning the full lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and technical specifications to determine necessary code and script changes.
• Analyze code constructs to implement proper validation and reconciliation methods.
• Solve technical problems and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Adapt to and work within in-house custom-built frameworks.
• Collaborate with flexible hours to ensure continuous progress.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in programming and operating systems.
• Strong proficiency in Perl (80% of daily tasks).
• Experience with XML and SQL.
• Analytical thinking for code analysis and validation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with version control tools such as Git or TFS.
• Experience working with custom-built in-house frameworks.
