Description

Develop and maintain monitoring scripts and tools using Perl and Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop new monitoring scripts and enhance existing ones.
• Fix defects and implement features in current monitoring tools.
• Write and maintain shell scripts for system automation.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation for production support and P1 issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional programming experience.
• Strong proficiency in Perl with deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
• Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript for UI tasks.
• Experience with Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in infrastructure automation.
• Background in system monitoring.
