Description

You will design and implement mission-critical Perl and Shell scripts within a Linux or Unix environment. You own the release pipeline, write scalable code using defensive programming techniques, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software architecture for new systems spanning multiple teams and platforms.
• Lead requirements analysis, detailed design, integration, and documentation of design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to plan technical tasks and delivery schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Perl developers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Perl and Shell scripting development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Unix or Linux command line.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with both onsite and offshore execution teams.
• Ability to perform high-level and detailed design activities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
