Description

Develop, test, and debug code for critical engineering projects in a Unix/Linux environment.

Responsibilities

• Write new code from scratch for engineering projects.
• Execute tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical support.
• Debug existing codebases to resolve project delays.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with Perl, Shell, or Korn Shell.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience writing, testing, and debugging code.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of distributed storage systems such as DB2, Sybase, Sybase IQ, or MongoDB.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience working within the financial industry.
