Description

Support the Data Platform by maintaining ingestion pipelines and ensuring data availability for the Data Lake and Data Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to track platform health.
• Onboard data sources by creating and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Resolve data pipeline queries and issues through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Assist end users with query debugging and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data consistency and availability issues.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical or application support for ETL applications.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Ability to read and write SQL.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, or SQL Server.
• Experience working in Linux environments, including writing Bash or Python scripts.
• Ability to analyze log files and manage Unix processes.
• Experience working with cloud services, specifically AWS.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data technologies including Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, or Airflow.
