Description

You will productize research ideas into polished, end-to-end AI and GenAI experiences within Photoshop. You own the integration of advanced AI/ML components into the document model and overall architecture, ensuring performant and responsive front-end user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver end-to-end AI/GenAI solutions, integrating complex models into the Photoshop codebase.
• Collaborate with researchers, ML engineers, and UI designers to define and implement "client magic" features.
• Maintain and evolve existing features in a large, complex C++ codebase, participating in code and design reviews.
• Write unit and automation tests to verify code correctness, performance, and security.
• Leverage AI coding assistants and agentic workflows for multi-file refactors and automation while shipping production code.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
• Proficiency in modern C/C++ with extensive large-scale application development experience.
• Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Experience building compelling user experiences leveraging well-defined UI frameworks.
• Ability to ramp quickly and deliver independently with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with digital imaging, computer vision, and experience integrating AI/ML models into production.
• Proven experience using AI coding assistants and agentic workflows to ship production code.
