Description

Design and maintain complex web applications, user interfaces, and SQL Server stored procedures as the technical lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable user interface components, business logic, and SQL Server stored procedures.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, estimate backlog items, and drive improvements in development processes.
• Mentor developers, conduct pull request reviews, and act as subject matter expert for application areas.
• Resolve third-level production support requests and debug functional or technical issues with business analysts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in web application development.
• Deep expertise in Laravel and modern PHP development practices.
• Proven ability to design and build robust RESTful APIs.
• Strong front-end development experience with Vue.js.
• Proficiency in MySQL schema design and performance tuning.
• Experience with testing tools such as PHP Unit or Cypress.
• Familiarity with Node.js, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
