You will lead the PHP development team in delivering high-quality web applications and overseeing the complete development lifecycle from planning to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PHP development team through the full project lifecycle.
• Oversee project planning, development, and deployment phases.
• Provide technical leadership and decision-making for the engineering team.
• Adapt to new programming languages, tools, or frameworks as project requirements evolve.

Required Skills

• 7 to 12 years of experience with PHP technologies.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Laravel and MySQL.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts and database design.
• Deep understanding of REST services and APIs.
• Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks including Node.js, Angular, or React.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
