Description

Develop backend components for the Loyalty Management System, supporting CRM and loyalty functions across multiple brands. You will own the release pipeline, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend components using PHP, Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Design and implement new features within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Optimize application performance and scalability for high traffic and large datasets.
• Write clean, maintainable code, perform thorough testing, and debug production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, Scrum ceremonies, and on-call rotation during high-volume hours.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Proficiency in PHP and Python.
• Strong SQL skills for relational database management.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues in production environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
