Description

Lead software development projects, own the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to system design, and mentor junior developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects and manage all project areas.
• Gather, analyze, and document software requirements and technical specifications.
• Design system-level software solutions with clear documentation for implementation.
• Debug code and provide on-call support for off-hours application maintenance.
• Coach and mentor less experienced developers in requirements analysis, design, and construction.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in software development.
• 4+ years developing web-based applications using PHP5+ and Object Oriented design.
• Experience developing web-based applications for Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Oracle as a backend RDBMS.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work independently and manage project-level leadership tasks.

Preferred Skills

• 4-year degree in Computer Information Systems.
• Experience using Git for version control workflows.
• Experience using PHPUnit for automated unit testing.
