Description

Manage PHP application upgrades and development within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PHP 8 upgrade for existing web applications to ensure compatibility with new features.
• Refactor legacy code and optimize functions to leverage PHP 8 performance improvements.
• Apply object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns to maintain codebase integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of proven experience in PHP development.
• Direct experience working with PHP 8.
• Hands-on experience with the Zend Framework.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
