Description

You will build and maintain web-based PHP applications for portal and premium service platforms. You own the full development lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Build web-based PHP applications from scratch to finish.
  • Investigate architectural considerations including web usability, site performance, and database design.
  • Write responsive code with cross-browser compatibility and perform code quality checks on PHP, CSS, and HTML.
  • Deploy websites to live web servers and manage backend services to increase data service APIs.
  • Develop SEO-friendly websites following Google Search Engine guidelines.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in web development.
  • Core PHP and CodeIgniter.
  • WordPress and other content management systems.
  • HTML and CSS.
  • Website development from end-to-end.
  • SEO experience including Google and Bing services, Analytics, and Webmaster Tools.
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
  • Mobile strategy implementation as it relates to SEO.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience documenting the development process using standard components.
  • Maintaining coding tools and best practices.
