The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of PHP 8 and frameworks like Laravel, along with expertise in identifying and resolving MySQL query compatibility issues.

 **Primary Skills:** - Analyze and resolve data synchronization issues within an existing application. - Debug and troubleshoot complex backend and frontend sync inconsistencies. - Collaborate with the QA and support teams to replicate and fix reported issues. - Strong command of PHP, preferably PHP 8 and Laravel. - Work within the existing architecture based on PHP 8 and Laravel frameworks. - Optimize database queries and improve data reliability. - Document fixes and maintain issue resolution logs. - Suggest improvements for long-term stability and prevention of similar sync issues. - Proficient in JavaScript and jQuery for frontend troubleshooting. - Good experience with MySQL, including debugging and optimizing queries
