Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications while providing technical leadership to the team. You own the assignment and delegation of critical tasks throughout the agile delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead application design and architecture while conducting code reviews and technical triage.
• Mentor team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-quality software.
• Implement best practices for security, performance, and code quality.
• Monitor and optimize application performance and manage the full application lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver solutions meeting customer needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on PHP development experience.
• Deep experience with the CodeIgniter framework and its ecosystem.
• Expertise in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Zend.
• 5+ years of experience with MS SQL or similar enterprise databases.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong implementation skills with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Proven ability to lead development projects and solve complex technical challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of C# and ability to troubleshoot legacy components.
• Ability to propose workarounds using PHP or web technologies when source code is unavailable.
