Description

Build, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and MySQL.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize web applications for speed and scalability.
• Work with APIs and third-party web services.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony frameworks.
• Knowledge of Bootstrap, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Strong understanding of MVC design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker.
