You will design and build scalable platform capabilities, APIs, and internal tools using a spec-first approach.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain code generation, automation, and developer productivity workflows.
• Develop reusable frontend and backend components for adoption across multiple teams.
• Translate responsive design concepts into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive long-term solutions for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders while contributing to architecture decisions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience building modern web applications and internal platforms.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, PHP/Symfony, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with API-first and contract-first development (OpenAPI, Swagger, GraphQL, JSON/YAML schemas).
• Hands-on use of AI tools (GPT, Claude, Copilot) for code generation, testing, documentation, and refactoring.
• Experience designing repeatable engineering workflows that reduce manual coding through automation.
• Experience with service-oriented or microservices architectures and AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Symfony or Drupal-based systems.
• Familiarity with Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), Backstage, or developer tooling ecosystems.
