Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of CRM solutions using open-source technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own technology challenges related to CRM implementation and support.
• Solve complex business and technical challenges across the Salesforce platform.
• Enforce governance across internal and external resources.
• Manage end-to-end processes for cross-functional and cross-regional solutions.
• Drive harmonization and standardization within a global multi-cultural environment.

Required Skills

• 8 to 15 years of experience designing and building CRM solutions.
• Proficiency in PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs).
• Experience with SugarCRM or vTiger.
• Hands-on experience with the Laravel framework.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Background in cloud-based technologies.
• Experience in Telecom or Enterprise CRM environments.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience specifically with SugarCRM and Laravel.
