Lead the PHP development team through the complete project lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring high-quality web applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and decision-making for development projects.
• Oversee database design and RDBMS implementation.
• Solve complex technical problems and adapt to new programming languages or frameworks as requirements change.
• Guide the team through planning and deployment phases.

Required Skills

• 4 to 7 years of experience with PHP technologies and team leadership.
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience with Laravel and MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts and database design.
• Deep understanding of REST services and APIs.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as GIT.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks including Node.js, Angular, or React.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
