Description

You will provide technical support, optimization, and troubleshooting for Magento and Adobe Commerce environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive resolution of complex technical issues by collaborating with application stakeholders, development, and business operations teams.
• Perform performance tuning, optimization, and debugging of customer code in Magento and Adobe Commerce.
• Analyze logs to extrapolate issues and provide infrastructure and application teams with actionable starting points for reviews.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and work with product management to implement enhancements.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and contribute articles to the internal knowledge base to improve support efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise software or cloud support environments.
• Proficiency with Magento and Adobe Commerce platforms.
• Strong Linux command line skills.
• Hands-on experience with PHP, Node.js, Perl, Java, or Python.
• Working knowledge of web technologies including Apache, NGINX, MySQL, Redis, DNS, CDN, and SSL.
• Ability to execute MySQL queries and manage relational databases.
• Experience troubleshooting web application performance and debugging code.
• Strong technical problem-solving methodologies and English communication skills.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and AngularJS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to internal knowledge bases and conducting knowledge transfer sessions.
