Description

Lead the full web application development lifecycle from concept to post-launch support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage team workflows and interface with customers to gather requirements.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document software based on functional specifications.
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules using Magento.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
• Refactor and optimize the existing codebase for maintenance and scale.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Core PHP and Laravel.
• Hands-on experience with Magento.
• Proficiency in MySQL and data storage integration.
• Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, and web services.
• Proven experience in team handling and leadership roles.
• Ability to use test-driven development and acceptance tests.
• Experience producing detailed technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, or equivalent graduate degree.
