Lead technical development and manage a team of engineers focused on full-stack PHP applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team and oversee project delivery.
• Design and implement scalable applications using the LAMP stack.
• Optimize application performance through caching and efficient code practices.
• Develop and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs and message queues.
• Apply design patterns and OOPs principles to ensure code quality and standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of PHP and the LAMP stack.
• Proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework: Angular, React.js, or Vue.js.
• Strong experience with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) and Doctrine (PHP).
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS and database management.
• Practical knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud services.
• Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs and Message Queues.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) and Design Patterns.
• Proven experience in team leadership and technical management.

Preferred Skills

• Technical writing or relevant industry certifications.
