Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications while providing hands-on technical guidance to the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture, code reviews, and triage to ensure scalable software delivery.
• Mentor team members and delegate project tasks throughout the agile delivery life cycle.
• Enforce best practices for security, performance, and code quality through hands-on development.
• Monitor and optimize application performance and manage the full application lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to resolve issues and meet customer needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years of hands-on PHP development.
• Expertise in PHP frameworks such as CodeIgniter, Laravel, Symfony, or Zend, with deep experience in the CodeIgniter ecosystem.
• Over 5 years of experience working with MS SQL or similar enterprise databases.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AngularJS.
• Strong practical implementation skills with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Proven success leading development projects within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot legacy C# components and propose workarounds using PHP or other web technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of operating system native services and integration.
