Description

You will execute physical design for digital, mixed-signal, or RF integrated circuits.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement advanced physical implementation techniques including multi-patterning and layout-dependent effects.
• Apply low-power design techniques to meet project specifications.
• Utilize industry-standard EDA tools for physical design and verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex design challenges.
• Perform analytical problem-solving throughout the design cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in physical design of digital, mixed-signal, or RF integrated circuits.
• Expert knowledge of Synopsys ICC, PrimeTime, and StarRC.
• Experience with Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics tool suites.
• Working knowledge of advanced process nodes such as 7nm and 5nm.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, TCL, or Perl.
• Strong understanding of VLSI design principles.
• Experience with low-power design and physical implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
