Description

You will lead physical design implementation and manage technical delivery for small project teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute block-level physical design implementation from RTL or Netlist to GDSII.
• Manage block-level physical, timing, and power signoff.
• Generate ECOs to resolve design issues.
• Provide technical guidance to a team of 4-6 junior engineers.
• Act as the single point of contact for client communication and project coordination.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in physical design.
• Proven experience leading small project teams.
• Expertise in GDSII flows.
• Proficiency in automation using Perl, Python, Tcl, or Awk.
• Experience with block-level timing and power signoff.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
